About M – Massive Hemorrhage

Massive hemorrhage is the first step of the MARCH protocol — and the leading cause of preventable death in trauma. This is your bleeding-control layer: CoTCCC-recommended C-A-T Gen-7 tourniquets, QuikClot hemostatic and combat gauze, Emergency Trauma Dressings (ETDs), and Z-fold wound-packing gauze.

Every item is authentic, in-date, and sourced from North American Rescue and other trusted manufacturers — the same gear carried by military medics and EMS. Building an IFAK or restocking after training? Start where it matters most. New to it? Read our MARCH Protocol Guide.
